The above is an example of what the fees may look like for a month.
Fees are calculated based on the 50 weeks of the year that Little Haven Childcare is open. They are calculated per month by the number of days in your booking pattern. Monthly payments will include bank and public holidays as well as Little Haven closure or inset days, which are payable in full despite the closure. Our running cost remains the same.
A minimum of 2 full days are required for registration, including a Monday or a Friday. Fees include breakfast, lunch, tea, snacks, trips and extra-curricular classes.
We require a deposit to secure your place, which is refunded from your final invoice once the requisite notice period is given.
Funding: The Government has announced new funding initiatives for eligible 2-year-olds starting in April 2024 and for children aged 9 to 23 months beginning in September 2024.
The invoices will reflect the funded hours allocated as per the booking pattern. The Government funding is structured for 38 weeks of the year (term time). Our places are for 50 weeks of the year, all funded hours are stretched over the 50 weeks that we are open.
We provide a limited number of fully funded places for children referred to us by the local authority. Full details of eligibility can be found here.
Tax-free childcare is a method of paying childcare costs (including your nursery invoice) which provides a significant saving each month. It can be used alongside both 15 and 30 hours of funding. The eligibility criteria closely follow that of 30 hours of funding. However, unlike 30-hour funding, it is available to all nursery-age children. Full details of eligibility can be found here.
